Yes. Annual prepay = 2 months free. Combines with cohort pricing. Example: PIMS Solo C1 Founding Partner = $400/mo × 10 paid annually = $4,000 for 12 months of service. Multi tiers compute the same way: a 3-office shop at $800/mo C1 prepays $8,000 annually. (Annual prepay applies to standard 12-month terms only.)
C1 Founding Partners get 30-day no-questions cancellation. Full refund of your first month. After that, standard 30-day commitment with prorated cancellation. C2-C5 customers commit from day one (the founding-partner refund window is part of what makes C1 special).
The setup fee covers initial onboarding labor — data import, GBP and listings setup, initial vendor blog seeding, technical integration with your existing site. Waived for C1 and C2 cohorts as part of the founding-partner program. C3-C5 customers pay it at signup.

Adding an office bills the locked Founding-Partner $200/office add-on rate (not the then-current rate) for the remainder of your 24-month window. If you cross the 6-office threshold mid-lock, you move to the Enterprise $2,498/mo flat cap. Your formula is locked; the math just runs with the new office count.
Your cohort price is locked for the full window stated when you signed (24 / 18 / 12 / 12 months for C1/C2/C3/C4 respectively). When the lock ends, your price moves to the THEN-CURRENT cohort price for new customers — never an immediate jump to list, never a surprise.
