Yes. Annual prepay = 2 months free. Combines with cohort pricing. Example: PIMS Solo C1 Founding Partner = $399/mo × 10 paid annually for 12 months of service. (Annual prepay applies to standard 12-month terms only.)
C1 Founding Partners get 30-day no-questions cancellation. Full refund of your first month. After that, standard 30-day commitment with prorated cancellation. C2-C5 customers commit from day one (the founding-partner refund window is part of what makes C1 special).
The setup fee covers initial onboarding labor — data import, GBP and listings setup, initial vendor blog seeding, technical integration with your existing site. Waived for C1 and C2 cohorts as part of the founding-partner program. C3-C5 customers pay it at signup.

Adding a location moves you to the Multi tier (or Enterprise if 6+) at your current cohort pricing band. Your cohort band is locked for your full window — only the tier list price changes when you add locations.
Your cohort price is locked for the full window stated when you signed (24 / 18 / 12 / 12 months for C1/C2/C3/C4 respectively). When the lock ends, your price moves to the THEN-CURRENT cohort price for new customers — never an immediate jump to list, never a surprise.
