Both. We serve propane dealers (residential + commercial) and onsite gasoline/diesel delivery operators. The platform adapts to either and supports multi-hub operations with multiple service areas.
Do I need an existing website?+
No. Your Near Me landing pages and domain-level branding can live entirely on our platform. If you already have a site, we complement it with hyper-local landing pages that outrank your homepage for neighborhood-specific searches.
How long until I see leads?+
Pages typically index in Google within 1-3 weeks — that part runs on Google’s clock. From there PIMS tracks where you rank for every service-area search a buyer types, and the monthly report shows the movement. Nobody honest will promise you a lead by a date. You’ll see the numbers either way.
What if I already have a Mailchimp list?+
